A clear understanding of your medical treatment, as well as financial obligations, is essential. We want you to feel comfortable discussing all costs with your surgeon and office personnel.

Most reconstructive procedures are covered, at least in part, by your health insurance. If you have questions about your insurance eligibility, we will help you investigate your coverage options. For patients covered by insurance with whom the Practice has a contract, (Medicare, HMOs, PPOs), payment will be sought at the time of service for the appropriate patient co-pays and annual deductible. Payment is expected at the time of service for office services. To assist our patients, the Practice will accept the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover. New patients will be given an estimated charge for the first visit at the time the appointment is booked. As a courtesy to our patients, we will file all insurance for indicated procedures.

Cosmetic surgery is not covered by medical insurance. Payment for these services is required in advance of surgery. Financing options are available.
